• Fixed the Incognito frame. It just wasn't showing the purple, instead it was showing the frame of the normal windows.

• Changed toolbar. Now it is lighter.

Dev's note: Hi guys! I know I've made this change before. In this update, I actually use a toolbar color that I used before, but I don't remember in which version. The thing is that I was underestimating the contrast, so this version uses some of it.

• Changed icon to use my new standard icon.

• Changed new tab page background in order to match the new toolbar.

• Changed manifest to version 3. This doesn't change anything for the user, nor for me.

• Fixed screenshots in order to match the new version.

• Changed toolbar. Now it is darker.

Dev's note: 2.8 lost some users (but my entire collection of themes gained A LOT of users! Thanks!), and that broke my heart. I've been studying this theme a lot since I released the first version, and I easily got into some troubles: it turns out that create themes is pretty difficult, and when it comes to dark themes, the thing gets reeaaally serious. I always felt that I have the best dark theme in the world, but that doesn't mean it can't get better than that, and I'm a little crazy about making a better job than yesterday, because I always try to improve things. Relentless will always be the best dark mode in the world, no matter what, that's what I wanted to say.

Dev's note: don't worry! This is a subtle change just so you can see the tabs in the afternoon. But if you don't like the change, please feel free to leave feedback in the comments of the theme in the store.

• Removed the gradients entirely from the theme.

Dev's note: Hi guys! After making a lot of experiments, I found that the gradients on the theme are not that great because of the current capabilities that the Chrome Team give to the developers. I already sent a lot of feedback making suggestions and telling them some problems that I have. For now, the theme will stay with no images and only solid colors. The benefit we got from experimenting with gradients is that we were finally able to get rid of the white line around the tabs/toolbar. Thank you for your downloads! :-D

• Added my original Incognito color scheme (again) to the theme. Now without the white line around the tabs/toolbar.

• Fixed screenshots and icon in order to match the new version.

• Changed the icon and banners of the theme (those that appear when you search the theme in the Store) in order to show better the elegance and the gradient (since 2.5) of the theme.

• Changed screenshots of the theme in the Store. Now they have zoom! :-D

• Added author's name (Tatsze) to the code. Dev's note: let's cross fingers that now if you search "Tatsze" on the Store, Relentless is a result 🤞🏻

• Now, clicking on the "website" link of the theme in the Store redirects to this exact page (Changelog). In fact, this now works with every one of my themes.

• Changed the two images (frame and toolbar). Now the toolbar is way more readable, especially the space of the bookmarks bar. Now the theme size is... wait for it... 4.87 KB!!!!!!! WTF #OMGOMGOMG #LEGENDARY

• Changed the omnibox background. Now it should better match the new toolbar.

• Fixed the screenshot as well, in order to show the truth of the theme.

• Changed toolbar and frame elements. Now Relentless is made with images, this allows for a significantly more pleasant view and... YES! It removes the white outline from the toolbar (tabs included). Note: Relentless and all my themes will always be lightweight, so don't worry, the size of the theme in this version is LESS THAN 25 KB!!! #CoolCoolCool <3

Dev's note: thank you for installing my themes, guys <3 With this version, I can now proudly say that Relentless is the best dark theme for Google Chrome that I've ever seen, and you know what? It'll be much better! :-D Also, the Google Chrome's team answered my feedback about the full ability to customize Incognito mode, they said they'll work on it *-* in this version, Relentless got rid of my specific color scheme for Incognito mode because 2 things: we are preparing for the new feature and because right now it is so difficult (I don't want to say 'impossible') to do that when you have images on the theme. Please wait, my dear users. Big things are coming :-D

• Changed omnibox background in order to match the minimalist style from all my themes. Now, it should be like a hundred times more readable and easier to locate, plus it looks more beautiful.

• Added a different color scheme for Incognito windows. It follows an original idea of what the mystery should look like. Now differentiating between a Incognito window and a normal window should be the easiest thing in the world, plus it looks beautiful.

• Changed background tab text to be a little bit lighter, so it is now more readable.

• Fixed the screenshot in the Chrome Web Store to match my other themes. Now shows the contrast between active tabs and inactive tabs correctly and shows the new color scheme for Incognito windows.

• Fixed the buttons from the toolbar (refresh, home, back, forward and settings buttons) to be a little bit more noticeable (thanks to Cruzanty for his feedback).

• Added colors to the omnibox (text and background) - Note: as many websites doesn't have clean URLs, I decided to not make omnibox text lighter than this because it could cause distraction to the users.

• Changed some elements in order to give more logic to the entire color palette.

• Fixed the description of the theme to match the concept of it.

• Changed the theme price. it is now free for everyone! :-D

• Removed the bluish colors. Now the full color palette is full of grays; no blacks, no whites, no blues.

• Fixed description to match that now the theme is free and added a donations link from Paypal, in case someone thinks that I did a good job.

• Relentless is officially launched in the Chrome Web Store :-D (version 1 doesn't exist).
