Updated manifest version to 3.
Fixed the bottom left bar that appears when the user hover over a link. Now it matches the theme better.
Fixed the top bar that appears when the user installs this theme. Now it matches the toolbar better.
Reduced theme size.

Changed the pink/purple color from the tab text and the omnibox text to a red/pink color.

X Florida is now "Florida".
Removed white outline from the toolbar.
Removed gradients from the toolbar and frame. Now they're solid colors.
Changed the pink color from tab text and omnibox text to a more purple color.
Removed the incognito frame. Now normal windows and incognito are the same colors (I will probably add a new incognito frame on another update).
Changed texts from inactive tabs and from bookmarks bar: now they're lighter.
Changed toolbar button icons in order to match the new texts from inactive tabs.
